About the Role:
- You'll make high-volume outbound calls to investigate and bill medical claims.
- You'll research accident details, determine payers, and submit bills to maximize payments.
What You'll Do:
- Use outbound calls to patients, insurers, and attorneys to gather information.
- Follow up on incorrect payments and support team with reports and audits.
Work at Home Requirements:
- Must reside in an approved U.S. state with a private workspace.
- Reliable internet speeds (20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and equipment are provided.
