Auto Claims Trainee

Core Responsibilities:

• Accurately capture new Auto and Property claims, ensuring all First Notice of Loss documentation is complete and precise.
• Provide consultative guidance to customers on coverage, filing options, and next steps while maintaining high standards for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate claim progression and deliver timely resolutions.

What You'll Bring:

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing or consultative role, preferably in insurance, financial services, healthcare, hospitality, or retail.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, claims systems, or CRM platforms, plus a willingness to obtain applicable licenses.

Work Environment:

• This is a fully remote role, with candidates required to reside within 50 miles of a designated claims office.
• The position may require weekday afternoon/evening shifts and rotating weekends.
• You'll receive company-sponsored training and have a clear path to grow into a claims role.
