Responsibilities:
- Build and manage annual trade calendars across Costco, Walmart, and Tractor Supply.
- Coordinate promotional mechanics including MVMs, TPRs, and EDLP vs promo strategy.
- Partner with Finance on promo accruals and ROI analysis.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years experience in Trade, Shopper, or Retail Marketing (CPG preferred).
- Experience supporting large retail accounts (Costco, Walmart, etc.).
- Familiarity with trade spend mechanics and retail promo workflows.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and professional polish.
- Strong analytical instincts and attention to detail.
- Passion for pets, wellness, and improving health outcomes through nutrition.
