Contract Management:
- Manage contracting processes.
- Maintain and update contract templates and terms of service.
- Partner with external counsel and sales to mitigate business risks during contract reviews.
Systems Improvement:
- Improve and maintain systems supporting commercial operations.
- Implement and build out the contract management system.
- Automate processes to reduce friction and help the business grow.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Drive compliance-enhancement projects.
- Translate complex requirements into scalable processes.
- Expand our ability to serve regulated and enterprise customers.
