General Manager, Growth

As General Manager, Growth, you'll be responsible for driving customer growth for Wave’s core mobile money business in newer, growth stage markets. You'll work closely with the CEO to set growth strategy, lead local teams, and ensure ambitious growth goals are met. This is a highly cross-functional role where you'll work closely with operations, product, marketing and other teams to iterate on strategies to increase growth rates in already fast growing markets. You will need to combine strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong execution to unlock the next stage of growth in our newer markets. Responsibilities include creating and executing plans to grow our core mobile money business, gathering user insights, testing hypotheses, using data and experimentation, visiting Wave markets, initiating creative local marketing strategies, managing a rapidly growing team and P&Ls for growing markets.
