Senior Analytics Engineer, Analytics Enablement

About the Role:

• This role focuses on enabling teams across Fullscript to self-serve trustworthy data without relying on analysts.
• You will identify common patterns in data needs and build tooling, assets, and workflows to scale data access.
• Teaching and enablement are key: you'll train teams on how to use analytics tools and find relevant datasets.

What You'll Do:

• Partner with stakeholders to understand recurring needs and design reusable analytics solutions.
• Improve data consumption through BI tools with a focus on usability, consistency, and adoption.
• Own projects end-to-end from discovery through implementation, tackling ambiguous problems.
