With your expertise in logistics and fulfillment, you will support your colleagues in the entire support area. You are responsible for the quality of ticket responses and ensure that the entire logistics support team provides high-quality technical and written responses to our customers. You know the typical pitfalls and user questions and actively work with our product team to improve the user experience in the area of fulfillment. You keep track of all incoming customer inquiries on the topic of logistics and ensure that they are correctly prioritized. You answer customer inquiries via ticket system and video calls.
