Accountabilities:
- Provide strategic marketing and business analytics support across fundraising, lottery, and mission-focused programs.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to influence strategy through data insights and performance measurement.
- Lead development of evaluation frameworks, segmentation strategies, and predictive insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business and marketing analytics within a customer-centered organization.
- At least 3 years of experience managing and developing teams, including virtual teams.
- Advanced data skills using SQL, Excel, DAX, R, Python, or similar analytical tools.
Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $95,000 - $120,000 CAD based on experience.
