Advisor Marketing Specialist

The Advisor Marketing Specialist is a highly collaborative partner to a portfolio of advisor teams. This role is deeply embedded in each team's business goals, practice and voice and is responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth. As the closest marketing connection to their assigned advisor teams, the Specialist brings creativity, insight, and proactive guidance to life across email, social, events, and campaigns.

This position is ideal for a relationship-first, results-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to help shape team-level marketing execution and client experience across Wealth Enhancement. Act as the day-to-day marketing lead for 8 advisor teams, becoming an expert in each team’s goals, voice, services, and growth opportunities. Align advisor team marketing plan with corporate marketing offerings and adoption of key growth drivers and initiatives. Coordinate collateral development, content customization, email/social/web campaigns, event support, and vendor communications as needed. Foster strong relationships with financial advisors, the advisor marketing team and identifying and highlighting success stories and best practices within the advisor community.
