Grants Coordinator

Agog, a groundbreaking nonprofit organization at the intersection of technology, communications, and social impact, is seeking a Grants Coordinator to strengthen operations and help scale our innovative grantmaking program. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about impact and equity, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys creating order, clarity, and smooth processes that allow a team to do its best work. Reporting to the Programs Manager, the Grants Coordinator will focus on ensuring the grantmaking program runs smoothly and efficiently by supporting systems, operations, and grantee communications while also contributing to pipeline development and community-building. Responsibilities include managing the grant inbox, maintaining organized grant folders, updating Salesforce and Asana, helping source new pipeline opportunities, supporting grantee onboarding, supporting Agog’s engagement with grantees via Discord, and bringing an inclusive mindset to all interactions.
