Manages the development, modification, implementation, and coordination of systems and processes necessary for pharmacies to meet relevant accreditation requirements.
Responsible oversight of pharmacy accreditation compliance and renewals.
Support new accreditation initiatives as necessary.

Responsibilities:

Directs and contributes to the development, modification, implementation, and coordination of systems and processes necessary to meet all pharmacy accreditation requirements.
Manages the design, development, and implementation of improvement projects and initiatives supporting quality and accreditation.
Designs and develops templates, materials and guidance documentation for use by internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or Pharm. D., from an approved school of pharmacy and active unrestricted licensure in relevant jurisdictions of practice, MHA or MBA preferred, Board Certification Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
Minimum 5 years’ experience relevant to the responsibilities and duties specified.
In-depth knowledge of ACHC and URAC accreditation requirements in pharmacy practice.
