Job Summary:
- Manages the development, modification, implementation, and coordination of systems and processes necessary for pharmacies to meet relevant accreditation requirements.
- Responsible oversight of pharmacy accreditation compliance and renewals.
- Support new accreditation initiatives as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Directs and contributes to the development, modification, implementation, and coordination of systems and processes necessary to meet all pharmacy accreditation requirements.
- Manages the design, development, and implementation of improvement projects and initiatives supporting quality and accreditation.
- Designs and develops templates, materials and guidance documentation for use by internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree, or Pharm. D., from an approved school of pharmacy and active unrestricted licensure in relevant jurisdictions of practice, MHA or MBA preferred, Board Certification Specialty Pharmacy preferred.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience relevant to the responsibilities and duties specified.
- In-depth knowledge of ACHC and URAC accreditation requirements in pharmacy practice.
