Role:
- Lead a software engineering team building an audit-grade ledger platform.
- Own technical strategy and delivery for a year-long roadmap.
How you'll contribute:
- Drive collaboration across product management, design, and analytics.
- Ensure operational excellence with monitoring, triage rotations, and testing.
- Develop engineers through coaching, feedback, and leading by example.
What we look for:
- 8+ years building backend systems at scale, plus 2+ years managing engineers.
- Deep experience with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, Spark, and Kubernetes.
- Background in financial systems, ledgering, or treasury where accuracy is critical.
