Customer Success Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Own and collaborate on the overall customer lifecycle, including onboarding, cadence, expansion, and renewal.
• Negotiate and close customer contract renewals.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with customers through knowledge of their data goals.
