Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will research and identify potential leads within the workforce development and non-profit sectors. You will conduct outbound outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media to introduce our software platform to key decision-makers. Your role involves qualifying leads by gathering information about potential clients' needs and goals. You will nurture leads to develop interest in our platform and move them through the early stages of the sales funnel, and you will collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the Account Executives. Track and update lead interactions within the CRM system. Stay informed about trends, challenges, and opportunities in the social services, workforce development, and non-profit sectors.
