Manage and defend an active caseload of premises liability files.
Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediations, trial preparation, and participation in trials as needed.
Collaborate with partners and team members on strategy, case evaluations, and client updates.

Qualifications:

Insurance Defense experience is required, preferably in premises liability.
Strong sense of personal accountability and confidence to handle depositions and hearings.
Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to a collaborative office culture.
