Responsibilities:

  • Independently plan and coordinate components of Medical Affairs initiatives by defining timelines and tracking deliverables.
  • Draft, revise, and quality-check scientific/medical materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal review requirements.

Compliance and Operations:

  • Partner with Legal/Compliance teams to ensure activities follow policy and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Maintain ownership of assigned operational processes such as document control and action-item management.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Requires an advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MS in life sciences) or Bachelor's with relevant experience.
  • Ability to communicate scientific information clearly to varied audiences and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
