About the Role:
- The Solutions Engineering team owns the customer relationship after the sale, from first deployment through every connectivity issue.
- This role covers onboarding, troubleshooting, and building automation to keep deployments live.
Responsibilities:
- Own customer onboarding end to end, from SIM provisioning to live production deployment.
- Diagnose and resolve SIM, device, and network-level connectivity issues across the lifecycle.
- Lead automation work to remove manual processes and build internal tooling.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, with ownership of customer onboarding.
- Solid understanding of cellular networks, IoT devices, and communication protocols.
- Experience with scripting languages, SQL, and REST APIs.
