Corporate Governance:
- Advise the Board and executive team on governance best practices.
- Prepare and manage corporate records, board resolutions, and shareholder matters.
Risk Management & Litigation:
- Identify legal and regulatory risks across the business
- Manage pre-litigation disputes with customers, partners, and vendors
