Technical Support & Systems Management:
- Deliver support for a remote team using MacBooks, managing user access across Google Workspace, Office 365, and GitHub.
- Administer device security via Kandji MDM and Bitdefender, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and VPN issues.
Security & Compliance:
- Assist in audits and evidence gathering for ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II, and PCI DSS compliance frameworks.
- Help respond to security questionnaires from sales prospects and monitor system logs to detect and remediate potential threats.
Process Improvement & Collaboration:
- Identify opportunities to automate manual IT tasks and improve operational efficiency across the organization.
- Work closely with InfoSec, Sales, and Engineering teams to support cross-functional initiatives and internal documentation.
