The Customer Experience (CX) team at WeTravel is on a mission to ensure every client succeeds with our platform and helps them get more bookings. As the Websites Lead, you’ll work directly with our clients to build beautiful, conversion-friendly websites using WeTravel’s tools, templates, and partner services. You will partner with the Account Management team to ensure adoption of our booking widgets, CRM, and other features that help our clients get more bookings.
You will collaborate with clients to plan, design, and build websites that showcase their travel offerings. Managing timelines and refining templates, frameworks, and how-to guides to scale WeTravel’s website service offering. Tracking performance and feedback to improve the website delivery process and client satisfaction.
