About the Role:
- Salvo Health is searching for a VP Finance to elevate and lead financial operations as we work toward scaling growth following our Series A raise.
- This is a fully remote role, based anywhere within the United States, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
What You Will Do:
- Own the company's financial projection models and drive the strategic roadmap toward cash-flow break-even post-Series A.
- Manage and mentor the existing Finance & HR Manager and Recruiter, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Act as the financial co-pilot to the CEO and COO for venture fundraising, driving data room preparation and cap table scenario modeling.
What You Bring to the Team:
- 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including experience as a VP of Finance or similar senior finance leader at a venture-backed startup.
- Proven track record building financial models, projections, and variance analyses in a fast-growing environment.
- Strong Excel/financial modeling skills and experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems.
