Job Description
The USMC Liaison Analyst represents the JNTC program to the USMC. The Liaison Analyst's primary mission is to support and advance JNTC's mission to create sustained improvements in the quality and quantity of joint training across existing USMC training programs and sites. This role involves supporting the planning and conduct of JNTC accreditation and certification programs.
It also requires providing expertise in areas such as the exercise lifecycle, training methodology, and after-action reporting related to training. They support integration of emerging doctrine and technology. They will also visit selected training programs and events to provide observations on joint context shortfalls and feedback on JNTC-implemented initiatives.
