Sales Engineer / Commerce Integrations Lead

The Opportunity:

• This is a role where you'll help write the playbook, working across teams to solve technical problems that determine customer success.
• You'll have visibility into the full journey from first sales conversation through integration and ongoing performance.
• You'll have the freedom to build and automate, rather than simply maintain, with unusual room to make an impact.

What You'll Build:

• Connect Terrific to platforms like Shopify, VTEX, Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, and more, expanding integrations across the commerce ecosystem.
• Build tools, scripts, automations, and AI agents to make integration work faster and more repeatable.
• Create documentation and processes that support future customers and teammates, turning friction into clear priorities.
