As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in helping Legion’s customers leverage Intelligent Automation to improve their workforce management strategy, ultimately aiming to transform hourly jobs into good jobs. You will build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure Legion’s solutions consistently deliver value. Your responsibilities include driving growth by identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts and securing renewal opportunities. By sharing valuable customer insights with our product and engineering teams, you will also contribute to shaping Legion’s product roadmap.
In this role, you will manage multi-stakeholder customer relationships, understand their labor and workforce management strategies, and collaborate with them to integrate Legion's product into their processes. You will also identify patterns and insights from customers to inform product management roadmaps, forecast and mitigate retention and renewal risks, and contribute to the development of best practices. You should have a customer-centric mindset, analytical skills, and a passion for AI.
