Jury Consultant / Courtroom Technology and Persuasion Specialist

This position is primarily remote, with a hybrid schedule for candidates near specific office locations. The role is within the Litigation Tactics, Analysis, and Methods unit. Responsibilities include creating persuasive trial exhibits, operating courtroom technology, designing mock trials, developing juror profiles, advising on trial narratives, and supporting high-stakes trials. Additional duties involve performing juror analytics, collaborating on trial strategies, developing training for Staff Legal litigators, and increasing persuasion effectiveness. Qualifications include experience in jury consulting, expertise in trial presentation software, strong communication skills, and knowledge of juror behavior.
