Job Description

Partner with Account Executives to run the technical side of the sales process. Act as a product expert and trusted advisor for customers in municipal, contractor, and engineering sectors. Deliver compelling demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts tailored to client use cases. Translate technical capabilities into clear business outcomes that resonate with decision-makers. Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams based on customer needs and market trends. Help prospects evaluate and successfully onboard onto SewerAI’s platform. Lead technical discovery calls to understand customer requirements. Build and deliver tailored demos, presentations, and solution proposals. Support Account Executives in RFP/RFI responses and technical evaluations. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure product-market alignment. Provide pre-sales support through pilot programs, proofs of concept, and trials. Represent SewerAI at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer events.
