Job Description

NPM is seeking a Digital Media Planning Associate to join our Digital Ad Operations team in supporting corporate sponsorships. This team partners closely with NPR’s sales organization to develop strategic digital sponsorship proposals for campaigns across NPR’s digital platforms including Tiny Desk, NPR.org, the NPR App, and popular podcasts. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital media and sponsorship, analytical and strategic, with the ability to recommend the most effective mix of NPR digital products. Responsibilities include creating digital media proposals ranging from $20K to $2M, managing a high-volume, fast-paced workload, pulling ad inventory availability, and analyzing inventory sell-through rates. You will also manage time-sensitive proposal revisions, recommending alternative placements, and translating proposals into Excel templates. The role requires proficiency in MS Excel, attention to detail, and project management skills.
