As a Compliance Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of Omnidian’s national Field Service Partner (FSP) network. This role entails supporting the collection and management of partner compliance documentation, coordinating third-party vetting processes, and maintaining key compliance data in Salesforce. You will also assist in building a nationwide licensing database to support solar O&M operations.
You will proactively request and collect updated insurance and licensing documentation from FSPs upon expiration. Track expiration dates, follow up with partners, and maintain accurate records. Manage and process third-party vetting requests for customers and ensure all compliance data is accurate and complete. The goal is to assist in creating and maintaining a nationwide licensing database for solar O&M requirements, research state-specific licensing requirements, track partner compliance, and support compliance reporting and internal audits as needed.
Assist with Salesforce FSP Object updates, including populating compliance-related fields, supporting data hygiene, ensuring record consistency, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to streamline compliance workflows.
