Role Overview:
- Build and run AI workloads for the global revenue organization.
- Develop automations and agent features against defined specifications.
- Own operational work to keep live AI systems healthy and effective.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain integrations with Revenue Operations systems via APIs.
- Author and run evaluation test cases to evidence AI agent performance.
- Monitor live workloads, diagnose issues, and support production readiness.
Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems.
- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript and SQL.
- Practical experience with REST APIs and technical documentation.
