About the Role:
- Own end-to-end execution of conferences and trade shows.
- Run the paid webinar program and help launch Stepful's 2027 event.
- Partner with Growth leadership on event strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Manage event logistics, budgets, staffing, and vendors.
- Set up HubSpot lead capture and post-event follow-up.
- Build repeatable playbooks and use AI tools to speed up work.
