Revenue Cycle Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Revenue Cycle personnel and processes to maximize productivity, accuracy, revenue collections, and customer satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff, focusing on output, issue resolution, and team culture.
• Maintain SOPs and utilize KPIs for proactive management.

Technology and Compliance:

• Leverage AI and automation to streamline workflows and act as administrator for RCM software and payer portals.
• Maintain knowledge of payer guidelines and legislative changes to update processes.
• Analyze write-offs related to patient access and provide education for improvement.

Patient Access and Customer Service:

• Manage patient profile setup, insurance eligibility, and prior authorizations; ensure patient payments are posted accurately.
• Oversee patient statements and payment plans, collections, and bad debt write-offs.
• Monitor Call Tower metrics to ensure customer service deliverables and patient satisfaction.
