Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of CRO strategy and execution across the entire paid-traffic funnel from ad click to purchase.
- Identify high-leverage bottlenecks, design safe and high-signal tests, and QA production changes before large-scale implementation.
- Build and iterate on prelanders, product pages, checkout experiences, and upsell flows to drive measurable wins.
Required Experience:
- Possess strong hands-on CRO experience with paid traffic, preferably in DTC ecommerce.
- Provide concrete examples of successful work across prelanders, pricing tests, offer tests, and checkout optimizations.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of how traffic quality, creative angles, landing experiences, and offers interact to affect performance.
Key Qualities and Approach:
- Exhibit a systems mindset, turning repeated work into templates, SOPs, and reusable frameworks for scalability.
- Be highly analytical and driven by revenue and profit, using data and behavioral tools to produce decision-ready insights.
- Collaborate effectively with development, design, media buying, and leadership teams without creating unnecessary friction.
