  • Basic computer knowledge and the ability to read and follow instructions for customer resolution tasks.

Work Environment:

  • This is a remote position where work-from-home equipment is provided.
  • Candidates must have high-speed internet with minimum upload and download speeds of 40 Mbps/sec.
