Job Description

The Engagement Manager is responsible for allocating the appropriate technical resources to specific client engagements that do not fit into a scoped project model, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, and properly prioritize tasks. Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding client business objectives, developing project plans, and managing project budget forecasts. Additional responsibilities include providing consultation based on best practice techniques, role leadership, acting as a liaison, leading execution teams, facilitating internal and external kickoffs, managing the project plan, monitoring resource bookings, facilitating status meetings, and escalating risks and issues.
