Leads achievement of clinical and fiscal improvements, programs and regulatory requirements. In collaboration with the Supervisor/Manager, guides others to develop build and update work plans, tasks, timelines, measurements, and reports. Demonstrates initiative and tenacity in the development of solutions to overcome barriers. Negotiates contracts, and oversees vendor relationships and deliverables that support corporate business decisions. Compiles and presents summaries of complex health management activities in a professional format to the appropriate internal or external entities. Mentors and guides team members and others. Design and implement of wide-ranging, global programs Organize initiatives across the enterprise Develop initiatives which respond to change in managed care.
