Sr. Business Process Analyst

This position requires the person to conduct workshops, interviews, and sessions with subject matter experts (SMEs) to elicit and clearly define "as-is" business processes,. They will analyze existing workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement. They will create detailed, standardized process maps and workflow diagrams using industry-standard notations like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). The person will also work alongside Design teams, Project Managers, and client-facing teams to model a client's existing processes and workflows. In addition the person in this role will translate client pain points and business goals into concrete process requirements and future-state solution designs on our company's platform.
