What You’ll Do:

What You’ll Need:
- Experience in a technical role (support, QA, IT operations, help desk) or relevant academic, bootcamp, or project experience.
- Familiarity with at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, JavaScript, Go, etc.).
- Ability to read and interpret logs, error messages, and system metrics at a foundational level.
