What you'll do:

  • Own the intake, triage, and routing of support requests.
  • Conduct thorough troubleshooting to identify root causes.
  • Accurately document issues in ticketing systems.

Who you are:

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Science, or related field.
  • Excellent communicator with a knack for explaining complex concepts.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working with AWS, Terraform, GCP, Azure.
  • Experience with helpdesk management systems.
