Primary Function:
- Provide expert clinical support and training for da Vinci cardiac surgery systems.
- Partner with the Cardiovascular Sales Manager to drive safe adoption and positive patient outcomes.
Clinical Support:
- Offer on-site case support in operating rooms and hybrid ORs for robotic procedures.
- Ensure product setup, troubleshooting, and compliance with clinical protocols.
Training & Education:
- Conduct training for physicians and care teams on indications and proper use of robotic platforms.
- Design tailored pathways for surgeons to achieve proficient and autonomous system use.
Collaboration & Sales Partnership:
- Collaborate with sales leadership and business partners to execute clinical plans.
- Provide clinical insights to shape commercial strategy and support business growth.
