Business Operations Manager

The Business Operations Manager role is for an experienced individual contributor who will embed within our most critical cross-functional initiatives, ensuring strategic clarity and driving execution. You will apply broad expertise to significant and unique operational challenges, translating company strategy into actionable plans. This position requires conceptual thinking, independent judgment, and a focus on delivering measurable impact. Strategic Planning & Execution: Serve as the embedded strategic partner for select strategic priorities, ensuring clarity of scope, timelines, and driving to outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable project plans and roadmaps. Drive annual planning for the company, in collaboration with the exec team. Operational Excellence & Standardization: Contribute to the definition and implementation of enterprise-wide approaches to program execution, including tools, templates, and tracking methodologies. Develop repeatable launch playbooks and frameworks to scale operational excellence across the organization. Monitor execution across our biggest priorities—surfacing risks, bottlenecks, and misalignment early.
