Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct deep-dive assessments of competitors' strengths, weaknesses, and incumbent footprints.
- Perform "Black Hat" style analysis to predict competitor pricing and solution strategies.
- Monitor federal budget cycles, agency strategic plans, and emerging procurement vehicles.
Tool & Dashboard Creation:
- Design, develop, and maintain internal BD tools (using Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel) to track pipeline health.
- Assist in identifying strategic teaming partners based on past performance and capability gaps.
Reporting:
- Deliver monthly and quarterly market outlooks to executive leadership, highlighting shifts in the GovCon landscape.
