- Monitor productivity and quality through performance reviews and KPIs.
- Improve workflows and operational efficiency for timely case progression.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years managing legal teams with plaintiff personal injury experience.
- Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with Litify, Filevine, or similar case management software.
