Job Description

Provide critical on-site support and maintenance for advanced water purification systems. As a Field Service Technician, you will troubleshoot, install, and maintain high-performance equipment in diverse environments while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. You will work closely with clients to train, guide, and optimize system performance, while identifying proactive service opportunities that enhance operational efficiency. The role involves extensive travel and requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Perform on-site troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of water purification equipment. Supervise installations, commissioning, and operational setup at customer locations. Provide classroom and hands-on training to customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance. Adjust equipment settings to meet technical specifications and optimize performance. Identify value-added service opportunities and propose proactive solutions. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
