Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical engagements to migrate high-value partners from legacy systems to cloud platforms.
- Proactively assess partner technical readiness and business needs to identify opportunities for modernization.
Project Execution & Support:
- Facilitate migration sessions, providing hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and remediation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues to minimize disruption and support scalable, repeatable migration solutions.
Stakeholder Management & Improvement:
- Communicate migration progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Capture partner feedback to collaborate with product teams, improving tooling, workflows, and best practices.
Additional Duties:
- Deliver technical training through webinars and remote sessions to enable successful cloud adoption.
- Develop solution documents and user guides, managing multiple concurrent initiatives with accurate documentation.
