Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full-cycle hiring for engineering, product, marketing, and leadership roles, aligning with business growth.
• Execute sourcing strategies targeting top talent through tech communities and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create tailored recruitment strategies and optimize the hiring process.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment focusing on engineering, product, and executive-level hiring.
• Proven experience sourcing through niche tech communities like GitHub, Discord, and Reddit.
• Exceptional communication skills and familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever.
