Qualifications:
- 4+ years experience in full-cycle recruitment focusing on engineering, product, and executive-level hiring.
- Proven experience sourcing through niche tech communities like GitHub, Discord, and Reddit.
- Exceptional communication skills and familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse or Lever.
