Operations Lead

This is a key role in strengthening Scarpel’s operational backbone, ensuring that our global teams are aligned, efficient, and equipped with clear systems that support growth. Your work will directly influence how Scarpel scales, from internal collaboration and visibility to how strategy is executed across functions. Responsibilities include designing and implementing efficient internal processes across key departments, developing visual process documentation, dashboards, and SOPs, driving cross-functional alignment, and establishing reporting structures that provide visibility on progress.
