Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop the Technical Integration/Seller Onboarding team, defining clear goals, roles, and responsibilities.
- Manage strategic advancement of technical seller onboarding with focus on scalability, automation, and quality.
- Act as central interface between Operations, Product, Tech, Sales, and Customer Success Management.
Qualifications:
- Completed degree or comparable education in business, IT, e-commerce, or related field.
- Several years of experience in a strategic leadership role in e-commerce, tech, or platform environment.
- Strong understanding of technical systems, integrations, and data-driven management.
