Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop an Account Management team with a focus on performance, customer orientation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement account management strategy to increase customer retention, account growth, and long-term partner success.
  • Own overall performance of the account management portfolio and achievement of key KPIs like revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in account management, ideally in marketplace, platform, or e-commerce environments.
  • First leadership experience or strong ability to guide and develop teams professionally.
  • Proven success in strategic account development and revenue growth, with strong entrepreneurial and analytical skills.
