Responsibilities:

  • Develop and scale go-to-market strategies for advertiser acquisition, retention, and revenue growth across international marketplace activities.
  • Create scalable sales frameworks, playbooks, and coverage models that enable local sales teams to efficiently onboard and develop marketplace sellers.
  • Analyze pipeline, funnel, and conversion metrics to identify growth levers and drive data-based optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in marketplace, retail media, digital advertising, or growth management.
  • Proven track record of building and implementing scalable commercial models or go-to-market strategies.
  • Understanding of retail media and marketplace growth dynamics, with ability to translate strategic approaches into concrete actions.
