About the role:
- Shape one of the most business-critical journeys at Redcare by defining how millions of customers experience delivery.
- Work at the intersection of Product, Technology, Logistics, UX and Operations.
About your tasks:
- Own and continuously evolve the end-to-end delivery experience across the customer journey.
- Build and prioritise a high-impact product roadmap to reduce delivery friction.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Data, and other teams.
About you:
- Strong product ownership experience within e-commerce, logistics, or delivery.
- Ability to define and communicate a clear product strategy for delivery.
- Experience with complex technical ecosystems including carrier integrations and ERP.
